Znomics, Inc. respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Znomics, Inc. website.

Part I: Information Collection

We may collect the following information from our registered users of the online ordering area of our website: name, address, email address, contact number(s). Znomics, Inc. does not actively market this information to third parties.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: IP address, country of origin. We collect demographic data in order to analyze our current markets of interest.

We collect this information through automatic web server logging files (IP addresses, country of origin), and the registered users database (name, contact info). The information is collected involuntarily in the case of IP address and country of origin, and voluntarily in the case of user registration. To receive our products and services, accurate contact information is mandatory. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Znomics, Inc. to provide shopping cart functionality to the online ordering area of our web site. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

The information collected by Znomics, Inc. will be used for customer contact purposes only. Users who provide information will be able to receive products and services provided by Znomics, Inc.

Users may delete their information from our web site database by notifying us in writing.

Znomics, Inc. protects user information with the following security measures: firewalls, secure servers, SSL encryption and limited account access. For our customers who pay for products and services via credit card, we do not maintain complete credit card numbers in our system. We do maintain the last four digits of the card number as a usage tracking convenience to our customers.
